Come on, you can do whatever you want. If you believe that your race or accent will keep you down, it most certainly will. If you educate yourself, and get off of the computer and go out in the world and start making things happen for yourself, they will.

Chances are, if you go apply for a job as the owner of a legal, multimillion dollar business, you won't get the job. You have to do it like anyone else did it. Start small. Get an idea for a service or product that people want. Put your idea out there, begin building a client base. Put the money back into the business and make it grow.

Jews want to live in UK, US, or EU because we are human people that born in a country so we belong to a country. Anyway, to answer your question. You're right there are MANY Black people that are rude to their Black patrons. And they do suck up to White people because they feel that Whites are going to spend more cash than us. In any event, it's rude as hell, and makes many Blacks want to spend their cash elsewhere.

I try to support Black business, but the minute I get an attitude I'm out…unless you're food is that good, lol! It's funny because they say a dollar in the Jewish community circulates six times before it makes its way outside of the community.

It's unfortunate because it's rare that money spent in the black community stays in the black community. People build businesses, but play the games that all of corporate America plays, and that includes stereotypes that perpetuate discriminatory (and perhaps even racist) hiring practices. If the employer isn't going to hire black people, there still needs to be some reinvestment into the community; we don't have "old money" for the most part, and so we have to start doing these things as we can, when we can – there's too much "looking out for #1" in all communities, but it arguably has a stronger effect on the black community seeing as how the government already has excuses for not investing in it themselves (basing school funds on property taxes for example).

I agree with you…it doesn't have to be a discriminatory enterprise, but if I owned a business, I don't think I could help but make sure my "staff" was comprised of a very healthy number of people from my community – I wouldn't hire people that are going to run the business into the ground of course (I'm not just going to hire someone because they're black), but I think it's about time we start regaining some black solidarity, largely lost after the Civil Rights Movement, and investing in the community is one of the starting points, in my opinion.
